• About 3 km of walking on uneven ground, most of it flat.
• Modest dress makes the market and the residential lanes easier for everyone.
• The street food includes seafood — tell us about allergies when you request.
• Ramadan changes the route and the timing; we will explain when you book.

Is Forodhani street food safe to eat?

The stalls we use are ones our own staff eat at, and we watch what is cooked to order rather than sitting out. In eleven years we have not had a problem.
